This Biltong is of superior quality and taste that can only be associated with “tasty traditional” Southern African biltong. Rich beefy flavour with high notes of Coriander and black pepper. If you are ordering sticks please remember that you can order them lean or fatty, wet or dry and vacuumed sealed or in a perforated bag.
